Larsa Pippen spoke out on Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian, saying Kanye West felt threatened by their close relationship.
Larsa Pippen is speaking out on her failed friendship with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian. During her latest interview, Larsa explained why she feels Kim unfollowed her on social media. According to her, it’s all Kanye West’s fault.
Back in July, die-hard fans noticed Kim and her sisters all hit Larsa with the unfollow button on social media. Many were confused about what led to their ended friendship until rumors began swirling that Larsa had a history with Tristan Thompson. At the time, the former star of The Real Housewives of Miami denied ever trying to come between Tristan and Khloé’s relationship. But Larsa decided to stay silent on the matter beyond that…until now. Last week, Larsa addressed her time with the family and what she thinks led to them going their separate ways. In addition to revealing that she dated Tristan before Khloé, she also had some choice words for her former BBF’s fashion/rap mogul husband.

While appearing on the Hollywood Raw podcast, Larsa touched on Kim unfollowing her on social media and appears to feel it was all Kanye West’s doing. “I just feel like Kanye was in a place where he, you know, he really didn’t trust anyone with Kim,” she said. “So, I feel like I was the person that was like, ‘Oh, like, don’t be so close to her because you’re so close to her’ that, you know, that kind of had something to do with it.” She also spilled on her “little” attempts to reach out to Kim but added that she wanted to keep the family out of any “trouble” they’re possibly worried about.
“If your husband feels, like, threatened by my relationship with you, then I don’t want to be that person,” she said. “I’ve got my own s–t. I don’t want to be, like, that person. Let him feel really comfortable, really secure if I’m not in the picture and just see what happens.” She also shared how unbothered she was by Kim unfollowing her. “I just kind of felt, like, do what’s best for your family…. if you have to unfollow me to make your home a better place, then do it, you know?” While speaking out against Kanye, Larsa also dished on how the Yeezy founder would call her “when he wanted to rant” and claimed she “was his go-to person to call when he wasn’t happy with X, Y and Z.”
Larsa claims she blocked Kanye because she “just couldn’t bear taking his calls anymore.” She said after she blocked him, that’s when he worked to turn her friends against her. “He literally has brainwashed the whole family into thinking that, like, I don’t even know what,” she said. Fans aren’t sure if Larsa’s latest comments will aid in her and Kim ever being friends again.
