One such dish players can concoct is the Qingce Stir Fry. Native to a small village in the Liyue region, this meal will buff the attack stat of the party after it’s eaten. This boon is incredibly useful for taking down powerful enemies and, luckily, it’s available to all players regardless of their adventurer’s rank. Newcomers to the game can easily find this dish to make their combat go much more smoothly. Here’s where to find the recipe for the dish and what’s needed to cook it.

Cooking Qingce Stir Fry in Genshin Impact

Md. Bai and Diluc

The first step is to obtain the recipe needed to cook the stir fry. Given the name, one would expect the dish to be found in the village of Qingce; and they would be correct. This small hamlet is nestled in the northernmost corner of the Liyue region. Upon leaving the stone gate that separates this region with Mondstat, take the path that goes west and follow it to reach the village. While it is possible to climb the mountains between the road and Qingce, doing so takes time. There are several enemies on the way, so be on the lookout for them. Once in the village, talk to the woman, Ms. Bai, standing in front of the mill. She will sell the recipe to the player after they’ve spoken to her.

Now that the player has learned the recipe, they’ll need to gather ingredients. It doesn’t require that many ingredients, but some of them are regional to specific locations.

  • 3 Mushrooms: These 3 are the easiest, as mushrooms tend to grow in many wooded locations around Teyvat. Keep in mind that there are different species of mushrooms and only the normal ones will work in this dish.
  • 2 Lotus Heads: This Liyue plant can be found in lakes or rivers purchased from the Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue Harbor for 300 mora. The store is in the northern part of the city up on a hill.
  • 1 Cabbage: Another easy to find ingredient. While they can be taken from baskets near farms and mercantile areas, cabbages can be bought from stores. Specifically, the one in Mondstat sells them for the small price of 120 mora.
  • 1 Jueyun Chili: These spicy chilis are native to Qingce village and grow all around that area. Their bright red color makes them stick out around the green fauna they grow around.
